This 2-minute Maca drink recipe is an easy way to pack nutrients into your day. Mix Maca powder and hot water or make a Maca Latte with any milk of your choice.
Bring a kettle of water to boil, about 8 oz to 10 oz, approximately 250 ML
Place 1 teaspoon of Peruvian Maca in a cup
Top with boiling water and stir until all the Maca powder has dissolved
Sip and enjoy while hot

To make a Maca Latte, instead of using water, replace it with your choice of regular milk, or non-dairy milk like almond milk, cashew milk, or coconut milk.
Add cinnamon for taste as a healthier option instead of sugar
