Here are a few tips to cook the perfect Wagyu Beef Burger.
The Wagyu beef patties need to be 20% larger than the bun and about 1 inch height.
To get the best caramelized onions, add vinegar and stir until jammy.
To cook the Wagyu beef burger, put the wagyu beef patties on high heat for 1min 30 to 2 minutes each side.
Then add the cheese topping and cook under the broiler for 2 mins.
